The opening fulfills more than five years of planning and development for the approximately $350 million mixed office, retail and residential development in Liberty Twp. on Liberty Way. “Now is the beginning of the real life at Liberty Center,” said Yaromir Steiner, founder and chief executive officer of Liberty Center developer Steiner + Associates, during a ribbon cutting ceremony held this morning.

Maple Knoll Village has begun construction on the Courtyard at Kensington, a $3.5 million project that will add two upscale villas and 10 luxury apartments to its Springdale campus. Demand for such housing is so great that most of the units have already been reserved, Maple Knoll officials said. The villas will each have two bedrooms, a den and a two-car garage with backyards overlooking Swan Lake. One is 2,028 square feet, and the other is 2,426 square feet. The entry fee for one person ranges from $268,480 to $295,860, with monthly fees ranging from $2,160 to $2,590.
