Project Highlights

The Trellises is an award winning luxury rental community located on Weaver Road along the west side of Interstate 75 in Florence, Boone County, Kentucky. Chosen by the National Apartment Association (“NAA”) as the 2004 winner of the NAA’s PARAGON Award under the Builder/Developer category for “Best Garden/Townhouse Community, Post 2000 - Over 150 Units”, the development encompasses 301 apartments situated on 19 acres and includes amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and sand volleyball.

Work on the project included a boundary and topographic survey, and preparation of construction drawings that outlined improvements for widening of Weaver Road for turn lanes, provision for a sanitary lift station and 5000 feet of force main, along with storm water detention and other appurtenant site infrastructure. Detailed landscaping and planting plans were also provided.
