In partnership with Core5 Industrial Partners, Bayer Becker provided a full suite of services—including due diligence, conceptual planning, land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture—for the development of a 235-acre industrial site in Northern Kentucky.

This multi-phase, multi-building project will deliver over 2.5 million square feet of industrial space to the region. Strategically located just east of the I-75/71 corridor and adjacent to the Norfolk Southern Railroad, the site offers exceptional access to regional and national markets via highway, rail, and proximity to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

A standout feature of the development is the innovative three-sided loading configuration of one of the buildings—an uncommon design in distribution centers, which are typically cross-docked with loading on two opposing sides. This unique layout enhances operational flexibility and efficiency for future tenants.

Bayer Becker’s integrated approach and regional expertise continue to support the successful delivery of this transformative logistics hub.
