Hamilton Twp Fire Station

Aerial view of a fire station with surrounding greenery.

The new Hamilton Township Fire Station replaces the former 57-year-old fire station that was struggling to accommodate modern equipment and technology needs. The new 15,240-square-foot facility, on 4.3 acres, was designed with these needs in mind. It includes 4 equipment bays and living space for 8 firefighters.

Bayer Becker was responsible for the site layout, grading, utility plans, landscape plans and provided construction administration services. Additionally, our design team secured critical construction permits through ODOT, the Ohio EPA, and Warren County including the County Engineer, Water and Sewer Department, and the Soil and Water Conservation District.

Bayer Becker’s landscape architects coordinated with the architect and our civil department to prepare several renditions of the landscape plan. Perimeter screening and interior vehicular use area landscape zoning requirements were calculated to prepare the landscape plan. Planting notes, installation details and specifications were provided.
