Bayer Becker provided comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services for the Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati North at the Liberty Way Interchange. As the site designer, we played a key role in shaping the overall layout of the development. Our team worked closely with project stakeholders to ensure the design met both functional and regulatory requirements while aligning with long-term development goals.

In addition to technical design services, Bayer Becker documented construction progress through a series of construction documentation sUAS (drone) videos, offering valuable insights into site conditions throughout the build. Upon completion, we also produced professional marketing videos to showcase the finished hotel, enhancing the client’s promotional efforts and providing a polished visual record of the project.
