Fire station with red garage doors and landscaped shrubs.

Bayer Becker provided integrated landscape architecture, civil engineering, and surveying services for the new $2.9 million, 8,000-square-foot fire station located at 9975 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights, Ohio. Designed to support the city’s growing population, the facility enhances emergency response capabilities for the Carriage Trails subdivision and the Rose Music Center at The Heights.

Situated on a 22.6-acre site, the project features thoughtfully designed visitor and employee parking, a prominent entry plaza that establishes a strong connection to Old Troy Pike, and landscaping that complements the station’s contemporary architectural style. The result is a modern civic facility that balances functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.
