Located at the heart of Madisonville’s business district, Madamore is a transformative mixed-use development that spans three corners of the Madison Road and Whetsel Avenue intersection. Spearheaded by the Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation in partnership with Ackermann Group, the $80 million project brings to life years of community visioning and planning.

Once complete, Madamore will feature 316 residential units and over 67,000 square feet of commercial space across three new five-story buildings, delivered in three phases. Phases One and Two are complete, with Phase Three currently under construction.

Bayer Becker provided comprehensive design services throughout the project. Our transportation team conducted Traffic Impact Studies; our surveyors delivered topographic, ALTA, and record plats; our civil engineers designed site infrastructure and streetscape improvements; and our landscape architects created vibrant public plazas and amenity spaces. Bayer Becker also guided the development team through a complex zoning process, including one of Cincinnati’s earliest applications of its Form-Based Code.
