The Miami Township Fire Station project marks a significant upgrade, replacing a longstanding facility that had been serving the community since the 1940s. Designed to enhance emergency preparedness, the new 17,500-square-foot station incorporates advanced training and operational spaces to strengthen response capabilities. The facility includes five apparatus bays, a training mezzanine, bunk rooms, living quarters, office space, and Township administration offices. A flexible training room also doubles as the meeting space for Township Trustees, ensuring multifunctional use.

Bayer Becker contributed comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services, handling the design of stormwater and curb improvements and delivering the Final Schematic Design. The team also participated in project pre-construction meetings. Landscape architecture services were provided, including detailed landscaping plans to complement the station’s functional and aesthetic goals.
