Oxford Aquatic Center

Bayer Becker provided civil engineering and land surveying services for the award-winning Oxford Aquatic Center, a transformative 113-acre municipal recreation destination in Oxford, Ohio. Recognized as Ohio’s Best New Aquatic Center in 2019, the facility offers a wide range of aquatic features, including a zero-depth entry children’s play area, an eight-lane competition pool, diving boards, and a relaxing lazy river.

Beyond the water, the site is home to an impressive array of non-aquatic amenities designed to serve the broader community. These include four ball diamonds, two playgrounds, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, walking paths, concessions, and more—creating a vibrant, multi-use recreational hub.

Bayer Becker’s strong, collaborative relationship with the City of Oxford was instrumental in the successful planning and execution of this project. Our team’s expertise and local insight helped bring the city’s vision to life, delivering a dynamic space that supports wellness, play, and community connection.
