Brick plaza with a circular platform, pergola, and greenery.

Bayer Becker collaborated with the City of Springboro to create a primary gateway for the community at the intersection of SR 741 & SR 73. The reconstruction of the intersection inspired the City to consider a new gateway into the community at this highly visible location. The project incorporated a new sign with a digital display screen, entry plaza with a location for public art, lighting for the new gateway, and a new pergola. The space is envisioned to host small gatherings and serve as the inspiration for a new entry into Wright Station development to the West. New Pavers articulate the plaza that is embraced by lush plantings to provide visual and physical separation from surrounding uses. Bayer Becker provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture design services for the project.
