Project Highlight
During the construction of Granite Spring residential development, Bayer Becker provided construction phase services for Marble Way, a roadway extension. Bayer Becker’s construction phase specialist served as the Resident Project representative. His duties included, construction document conformance, review of project schedules, daily field records and reports, serve as liaison between the contractor and owner, regular site visitation, and conduct observations of contractor’s work.
