Carol joined Bayer Becker in 1992 and is the face and voice of Bayer Becker, serving as the initial point of contact in our Kentucky office. Her primary function is accounting, including invoicing and collections, and her ability to anticipate and meet our client's needs is invaluable. Carol continually seeks mutual opportunities to provide added value in her position by taking action that respects the needs and contributions of others. She also utilizes her organizational skills by auditing internal processes and assisting in finding and enacting best practices whenever necessary.
Originally from Cincinnati, she moved back to her roots, purchasing the home she practically grew up in when in grade school. When not at work, you can find Carol renovating, refinishing furniture or gardening, spending time with her daughters on road trips or their annual all female vacations. She enjoys the company of her pups in the back yard and assisting in volunteer functions at her church.
