Terry Cook, P.S.

Terry joined Bayer Becker in 2017 as a Professional Land Surveyor and Project Manager in the Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky office. He brings 30+ years of land surveying experience including civil land development, construction layout, ALTA and boundary surveys, and road corridor surveys to the team. His past experience also includes extensive work in the urban core with the Cincinnati Metropolitan Sewer District & Greater Cincinnati Water Works.  A licensed Professional Surveyor in Ohio since 1998 and in Kentucky since 2013, he spent the majority of his career as a Field Surveyor and transitioned into the office as a Project Manager after getting his business degree in 2012.  Terry enjoys the problem solving aspect of surveying and retracing history as he works on a project, seeing what came before and how we can make it better.

When not working he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, and enjoys grilling, and golf. After over twenty years volunteering as a youth baseball coach, he recently hung up his cleats.
