Bayer Becker collaborated with the City of Cold Spring to create a master plan for their municipal park. The city is conveniently located just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio and has seen a steady increase in residents. This population growth prompted the City to evaluate its current park system and other amenities offered to residents.
By consolidating administrative offices, the City freed up public property that can be used for active parks to support local youth sports. The plan introduced a new police station, a new community center, additional parking, and an outdoor event center pavilion to support programmed events on their existing municipal campus that are nestled into mature trees.
