ALTA / NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEYS
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are an integral part of any commercial real estate transfer and/or land development project. ALTA Surveys assist buyers, developers and lenders in understanding what easements, restrictions, rights-of-way and other encumbrances affect a property. Understanding how these issues can impact the intended use of the property is a key component of the due diligence phase of a project. The original standards were developed in 1962 by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and have been updated several times since then. These standards were created in order to aid title insurance companies when asked to insure title to land without exceptions.

Bayer Becker has been providing ALTA surveys, as well as many other types of surveying services, since 1968. We have provided ALTA Surveys for residential, retail, industrial and office projects ranging in size from less than an acre, to several hundred acres. COMPLETED ALTA SURVEYS:
