Project Highlight
Design on Fairfield’s Compass Elementary school coincided with two additional schools being built in Fairfield. While providing site design for Compass Elementary, Bayer Becker took into account maximizing the potential of a regional storm water detention basin located on-site and designed a new conventional storm water detention basin to help with drainage. Compass Elementary school is one of three new school buildings that opened before the start of the 2017-2018 school year.
