Project Highlight
Bayer Becker provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services to improve the streetscape components along Elm and 12th Streets. Bayer Becker also coordinated utility service connections for the proposed theater building and provided design for the rehabilitation of an existing alley adjacent to the site. The project posed some difficulty due to tight site parameters therefore utility coordination was key. The team determined which services could be reused, which needed upgrades and which had to be demolished. This project is currently under construction.
