It is my understanding that Bayer Becker is submitting their qualifications to the Covington
Housing Department regarding the surveying needs of the neighborhood stabilization
program. I would like to recommend Bayer Becker provide these services for the City.
Bayer Becker has worked with the Covington Independent Public Schools on several
surveying and engineering projects during the last decade. Please recall that they worked
with us and the City to accomplish our Sixth District Elementary School site expansion. They
were able to service the many different aspects of this project flawlessly. Since then, they
have also performed property acquisition surveys for us and have provided services at Two
Rivers Middle School, Holmes High School and Thomas Edison Elementary School.
Their engineers and land surveyors have a great understanding of local requirements

projects. They were able to foresee potential problems and provided opportunities for us as a
