Bayer Becker Adds To Principals Team!

Please Welcome The Newest Principal of Bayer Becker! Bayer Becker is proud to announce the addition of Johnathan E. Cody, PLA to the principals team. John joins the team of eight other principals and will continue to lead the firm's landscape architecture services. John is a proven leader within the firm and within his profession. Incoming president, Etta Reed, describes John as someone who "brings passion to his projects, which results in designs that exceed his clients' expectations. With John's commitment to continuous improvement and dedication to quality and service, he will assist us in making our communities better places to live, work, and play."

Bayer Becker is proud to announce that after more than 29 years with the firm, Etta Reed will succeed Jay Bayer as the firm's President beginning January 1, 2024. She will lead the ownership team of eight principals and Jay will remain as a principal with the firm, transitioning to Director. Jay Bayer explains, “Etta is a well-respected leader within the development community who is a true champion of her profession, her team, and her community.
