Brian provides his leadership in the capacity of Project Manager and Field Crew Team Leader within our Land Surveying service line. He began his career with Bayer Becker almost 20 years ago as a field crew member, progressing with increasing responsibility to his current management position. Brian’s professional background includes generating survey documents and consulting for clients engaged in the real estate, legal and land development industries in both the private and public sectors for many signature projects and national corporate clients. He has developed expertise in ALTA surveys, Record Plats and Roadway Dedication Plats, Construction Layout & Staking, Courthouse Research, Right of Way Determination, Easement Preparation, Boundary Resolution, Subdivision Layout, Lot Splits/Combinations, Topographic Surveys, Legal Description, Rezoning Plats/Zoning Maps and Digital Elevation Models. Brian holds two degrees: an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Civil Engineering/Surveying from Cincinnati State and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University. Brian has been licensed to practice Land Surveying in the state of Ohio since 2010. In addition to his consulting experience, Brian is actively involved in the community serving the Boys Scouts of America Merit Badge Challenge and as a Hamilton West Side Little League Baseball coach. |
