C-Change, a Harnessing Young Professional Energy (HYPE) program, selected our very own Marketing Manager, Janet Heil, to represent Bayer Becker as one of the 53 young professionals who have showcased their leadership skills in the Cincinnati area. She is now the second Bayer Becker employee chosen by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber along with our Principal, Mike Dooley, having been a part of C-Change Class 6. “I am confident that Janet will strengthen and impact her C-Change class by bringing the same energy and positive can-do attitude that she exemplifies daily at Bayer Becker,” said Tim Bayer, CFO & Principal of Bayer Becker.
C-Change, at its core, is a year-long program intended to further develop each participant’s leadership abilities. Janet will be participating in various leadership development sessions, networking, and meaningful community projects that are intended to enhance her leadership skills as well as strengthen community connections. “Cincinnati was recently named a top 10 destination by The New York Times,” said Jill P. Meyer, president & CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “C-Change represents the leaders who will build upon our modern renaissance, growing inclusion, innovation, vibrancy and creativity in the Cincinnati region.”

Janet is a life-long resident of Greater Cincinnati and earned her degree in Marketing with honors at Xavier University where she was also an Atlantic-10 medalist as part of the Women’s Swim Team. (Go Muskies!) She began her professional career in the logistics industry and then transitioned to working as a freelance marketer. Passionate about B2B marketing and the service industry, joining Bayer Becker in 2016 was a natural fit. As Marketing Manager, Janet is responsible for all things marketing at Bayer Becker and is always working to champion the brand, be a voice for our clients, and provide industry insight.
Outside of the marketing world, Janet is a volunteer scuba diver with the Cincinnati Zoo Manatee Springs, Hippo Cove, and Polar Bear exhibits and will use any excuse to travel to a tropical dive destination.
