Award category for projects over 100,000 square feet.
IDI’s winning project: Park South Building E was recognized for being the largest (678,363 square feet) speculative lease in the Northern Kentucky market’s history.
Park South currently consists of 3 buildings totaling 1,825,000 square feet and IDI has the capability to deliver an additional 4,034,000 square feet of Class A industrial space.
Project delivers big economic impact to the Northern Kentucky marketplace.
