John Bentley provides his leadership in the capacity of Director of our Landscape Architecture service line. Prior to joining Bayer Becker in 2011, he founded, owned and operated Bentley Koepke, a Landscape Architecture business here in Cincinnati since 1970. His professional background includes over 48 years of land development design consulting experience creating places that improve the quality of our urban, ecological, and social environments in both the public & private sectors, with signature projects such as Procter & Gamble’s World Headquarters and Great American Ballpark. He is registered to practice Landscape Architecture in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia and Tennessee, and is CLARB Certified. John graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture in 1962 and received his Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture in 1964 from the University of Michigan. John has served as past president of the State of Ohio Board of Landscape Architect Examiners and the Ohio Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and was inducted into the American Society of Landscape Architect Council of Fellows in 2008. He serves as a consultant on the Village of Indian Hill Green Areas Advisory Committee. Additionally John sits on the Board of Directors for the Civic Garden Center. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Cincinnati Preservation Association and a member of the Board of Directors of Green Umbrella. |
Mike provides his leadership in the capacity of Project Manager within our Civil Engineering service line. He joined our firm in 2003 and is located in our Mason, Ohio office. Mike graduated from the University of Dayton in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Mike has been licensed to practice engineering in the state of Ohio since 2008 and became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009. He has developed site design expertise in private sector land development. In addition to his consulting experience, Mike is a recent graduate of the Cincinnati USA Chamber of Commerce Leadership C-Change Class 6. He sits on the Urban Land Institute Membership Committee and volunteers as a youth basketball coach for St. Jude Bridgetown parish in Green Township. | Mike provides his leadership in the capacity of Project Manager within our Civil Engineering service line. He joined Bayer Becker in 2005 after spending 3 years with the LA County Department of Public Works, in Los Angeles, California. Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton in 2002 and is located in our Fort Mitchell, Kentucky office. He has developed site design expertise in private sector land development. He has been licensed to practice engineering in the states of Ohio and Kentucky since 2006, and in 2009 became a LEED Accredited Professional. Currently Mike serves as the President Elect of the Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers. Mike also volunteers his leadership with local high school retreats. |
