As a professional design consultant, Bayer Becker has been providing project management services since our founding in 1968. What makes us so successful at this, is our process regimen which includes: Assigning a Project Manager & Principal in Charge, Pre-Project Planning Phase, Kickoff Meeting, Involving All Relevant Players, QAlQC In-Process Checks, Effective Communication, Documentation, Progress Reviews & Meetings, Project Monitoring, Technical Reviews, Independent Peer Reviews, Constructability Review Process, and Timely project Delivery.
Our project managers assume ownership of the development of the project. The project manager will interact with professional(s) who have pertinent knowledge and experience to ensure a complete thorough analysis when solving specific problems related to the project. During the project evolution, communication with all members of project team will be conducted as necessary and as defined in the project scope.
Prior to delivery to our client of the instruments or deliverables of our professional services, a documented, independent peer review is completed, internally, by a qualified professional to assess the likelihood that a such instruments or deliverables would satisfy our client's objectives and would be in conformance with good professional practice. Next we engage representatives of the project owner, entities responsible for construction , and any other project stakeholders we deem appropriate in a structured, contemporaneously documented constructability review process that provides for the timely integration of construction input into our project planning, design, and field operations. Finally, if applicable, we maintain a contemporaneously documented construction phase submittal log indicating the as-planned and actual dates we received and responded to every submittal and the action taken.
