Ashley Wallis

A University of Cincinnati graduate, Ashley joined the Bayer Becker team where she has excelled within the private sector as a professional design engineer and project manager. While Ashley’s experience lies mainly with private development, she has also worked on several roadway and public utility main extension projects. 

Passionate about bringing the conceptual into a constructible reality, Ashley provides technical guidance on making even the most ambitious ideas a success. She is a well-rounded professional, working on sites from a single acre to over 100 acres, who has designed solutions for healthcare, mixed-use, residential subdivision, residential multifamily, fire station, aquatic centers, senior living, and industrial projects. 

Collaboration and technical excellence are Ashley’s keys to success, working with numerous teams from a variety of disciplines to meet tight schedules and budgets. Her engineering expertise, combined with her understanding of building codes and ADA regulations, allows her to communicate with the other disciplines more effectively. She has experience in site layout, site grading, earthwork analysis, storm water management, culvert design, sanitary sewer and water main design, cost estimating, sedimentation/erosion control plans, permitting, and project management starting from schematic design through construction. Additionally, Ashley lends her expertise to improve internal Civil 3D processes and workflows to enable the entire firm to produce higher quality drawings and designs for greater efficiency.

When not at work, Ashley can be found enjoying time with family and friends, enjoying local restaurants, and spending vacations on and near the water.
