Tim Michael Bayer joins the Bayer Becker Geovisualization team as an Emmy-nominated video editing expert, skilled at utilizing the latest audio/video media and aerial technology. He is federally-trained and licensed to safely develop and implement customizable live feeds and video programs, including the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), or drones, to capture aerial photos and video. Thanks to his 20-years of experience as a field videographer for Local 12 News, he is flexible and able to respond quickly to ever-changing conditions. Tim has often been referred to as resourceful, efficient, determined and the "go to guy" for the most complex and difficult situations. Tim is responsible for operating the small UAS platforms to obtain field imagery, video, and measurements to process them into point clouds, ortho imagery, and video documentation at survey accuracy. He will also collaborate with the marketing department to provide world class photography and videography resources for the team.
Outside of Bayer Becker, Tim will continue his part-time work filming the Cincinnati Bengals' Jungle Vision, as well as video production for the Cincinnati Fire Department. When he's not looking through the lens of a camera, Tim enjoys being creative in the kitchen. He once thought he might pursue a culinary career, but for now, enjoys cooking for his family. He's also been known to have quite the green thumb - actively working in his gardens.
