Jenny Engels, E.I.

Jenny joined Bayer Becker after completing four co-op terms with the firm’s civil and transportation engineering teams. A graduate from University of Cincinnati, she is a well rounded engineer with exceptional design insight, having worked on a variety of projects, from civil site plans to traffic studies to roadway design projects.She has experience with client meetings, permit submittals, and understands how all aspects of a project tie together. 

Jenny enjoys the different approaches that are involved in planning and designing different types of facilities - including mixed-use private developments, single-family residential subdivisions, utility extensions, public roadway and trails. Because of her civil and transportation experience, Jenny has an understanding how all aspects of a project tie together. She is able to strategize and collaborate to find the most efficient and effective design.

When she's not working, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and two dogs (and other family & friends). She loves doing anything on the water, like kayaking, fishing, swimming, and boating.
