Ryan Shaw

Ryan graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. After five co-op semesters, two of which with Bayer Becker, Ryan joins the team full time in our Cincinnati office. Ryan brings a well-rounded experience, but enjoys focusing on site design, grading and storm system design.

When Ryan isn’t at work, you can find him in the woods hunting or riding ATVS, or on the lake boating and fishing with family and friends
