Thank you for all of your team's guidance with the master planning and detailed design of the Notre Dame Academy Campus improvements. With your continued leadership, we now have
completed a comprehensive campus including the theater addition, water quality basins, synthetic sports field, and the track and concessions facilities.

Your firm's conceptual design skills were instrumental at the early stages with your team's vision to see the potential location for the complex in a portion of the campus previously underutilized. As a local firm, your ability to coordinate our project with a community project was extremely important to the financial feasibility of the project. Your technical knowledge of the complex drainage conditions was critical to a safe and functional solution for the storm water generated by this project. Through your project management guidance with the approval process, it became very apparent that Bayer Becker has an outstanding professional working relationship and reputation with the local utilities and government authorities. 

Your involvement from the inception of the project through the coordination of construction has been a key reason for the success of this great project. We were extremely fortunate to have your working knowledge and expertise with our selection of the synthetic field and track vendor and products. We now have one of the premier sports complexes in greater Cincinnati.
