Project Highlight
Bayer Becker provided multi-disciplined design services for Indianapolis’s Milhaus Development’s Gantry project. The LEED Silver mixed use project sits on the corner of Hamilton Avenue and Blue Rock Street on the former Myron G. Johnson & Son Lumber Co. property. The three buildings vary from three to four stories and include 131 one and two bedroom apartments and 8,000 square feet of commercial space. Design for the project included extensive design collaboration with residents as well as observance of the neighborhood’s historic design guidelines. Bayer Becker’s design includes parking, a retail alley, pocket park and streetscape improvements.
