Project Highlight
The PULSE loft condominium is a redevelopment of the block between 8th Street, Russell Street, 9th Street, and realigned Banklick Street. The demolition of eight residential homes helped make way for the 64 unit loft condominiums within the Arts District, in the City of Covington.
The project was a joint effort between the developer and the City of Covington, in which Bayer Becker was contracted by both clients. Bayer Becker performed surveying services of: a detailed property, topographic, and utility survey, an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, and a vacation and dedication plat for the LHD Development. Civil engineering and planning services included: detailed utility and grading, design of an underground storm water detention and coordination between the developer, city, and utility companies.
In addition to the PULSE condominium project, Bayer Becker prepared construction plans for the reconstruction of Banklick Street, which entailed the layout, relocation of a combine sewer, water main, gas main, and overhead utility poles for the City of Covington.
