Project Highlight
For the first hotel built in 30 years in downtown Cincinnati, Bayer Becker maintained project momentum by being proactive and prepared during design. Bayer Becker’s engineers worked closely with the project’s architects to maximize space on the project and ensure successful grading with the existing street and sidewalk. Design for the urban project had to account for not only roadways and existing utilities on all sides, but an adjacent project, whose design and construction had to be accounted for. In addition to design Bayer Becker assisted in the zoning and permitting process for the project.
