Chris began his career at Bayer Becker in 1989 as a member of the survey team and has steadily advanced to his current role as Principal and Vice President of Land Surveying Services. With a hands-on leadership style, he plays an integral role in all aspects of the survey operation—from strategic planning and safety to technology implementation and staff training. Known for leading by example, Chris is always eager to learn and never hesitates to roll up his sleeves to get the job done.

He knows that the foundation for every great project begins with a robust survey and is constantly trying to raise the bar on deliverables. Chris believes that collaboration with our design team greatly enhances the work product and drives continuous improvement – another core value.

Chris is deeply committed to advancing the land surveying profession. He actively serves on the board of a professional association, has held a position on the state licensing board, and regularly teaches professional development courses. Beyond his professional contributions, Chris also mentors students through a local grade school program, inspiring the next generation of surveyors. He believes strongly in giving back to the profession that has given him so many opportunities.
