Butch joined Bayer Becker in 1993 and is a CAD Technician in our Oxford office providing CAD services for various projects. In addition to his CAD services, Butch is responsible for initial project research, including property and utility research within numerous jurisdictions and utility companies.
Butch uses his strong design skills to prepare a wide variety of drawings for his clients, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, record plats, survey and conveyance plats, topographic surveys, condominium plats, and as built plans. In addition to his experience using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft office software, he has spent time in the field with our field crews accurately capturing data that is used as a foundation for projects. He was responsible for construction layout, boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys for all size and scope of projects, both public and private. When he is not at work Butch enjoys watching football and spending time in the outdoors.
