Carlee Gourley

Carlee joined our OTR office after completing two co-ops with us during her time at the University of Cincinnati. She also brings experience in project management on healthcare projects from her co-ops with Skanska USA Building. Cultivating relationships and collaboration to produce efficient engineering solutions is Carlee's motivation behind her work. She's also passionate about how the built environment can impact the functions of the community. Designing for the users to ensure we provide results that will enhance the performance of a space and the people who will use it. Carlee likes the challenge of grading, as she says "it's like solving a puzzle". 

When Carlee isn't grading in CAD, she likes to stay active. You can find her weightlifting, cooking, spending time with friends and family, attending local concerts or DIY improvement projects on her new home!
