Mihali Sevastakis

Mihali has a well-rounded understanding of the project process, having completed four semesters with Bayer Becker, as a member of the survey field crew, as well as with the transportation and civil engineering teams. After graduating University of Cincinnati with a degree in civil engineering, he worked for Infrastructure Engineering Inc in New York before returning to Bayer Becker as a Graduate Civil Engineer.

Known for his efficiency and quality of work, Mihali works fast and delivers a high-quality product to his clients. To do this, he is laser focused on the work at-hand, even when balancing multiple projects. Mihali is passionate about creating innovative solutions to complex problems that are simple and easy for people to use and operate.

A fan of the great outdoors, Mihali spends his time outside the office hiking, walking, and boating. An avid beer aficionado, he enjoys visiting local breweries and is a fierce competitor at trivia night. Mihali also enjoys spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews
