Sarah Tanner

Sarah joins Bayer Becker as our Talent Acquisition and Development Leader. A Northern Kentucky native, and Western Kentucky University graduate, she brings over 11 years of previous human resources experience. Sarah's favorite part of the job is presenting a job offer. She finds it very rewarding to provide a career opportunity, and to watch employees thrive and grow.

When Sarah isn't championing employee growth, she loves to be out enjoying the outdoors, running, riding motorcycles and spending time with friends and family.
