Terri is a Project Manager in the Private Development department. Within this discipline, she has been responsible for overall lot layouts, roadway layout, roadway design, mass grading plans and utility design for projects ranging in size from ten acres all the way up to 500+ acres. While Terri’s experience lies mainly with private residential development, she has also worked on several roadway and sanitary sewer extension projects. She brings to the team extensive experience in digital plan preparation, digital terrain modeling and digital surface-to-surface volumetric calculations. Her additional responsibilities have included rezones, record plat preparation, drainage analysis, coordination of fieldwork and topographic surveys. In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends, traveling, playing volleyball and attending the theater.
