Project Highlight
Bayer Becker worked with Model Group and Platte Architecture on a two-phase urban rehabilitation project located in historic Pendleton. Upon completion of both phases, 20 historic buildings will be renovated with Phase One consisting of 39 market-rate apartments, 8,000 square feet of office space, and four retail spaces renovating over a block of street frontage.
Bayer Becker designed two small residential courtyards and one courtyard for both residents and the restaurant along with an adjacent parking lot to accommodate residents and users.
