Project Highlight
Bayer Becker provided multi-discipline design services for the 15th and Elm Street Townehomes development, which will be one of the first new construction projects along Cincinnati’s streetcar line. The project features seven units, each with their own courtyard and detached garage. Providing detention facilities and utility services for each unit within the restricted footprint required creative thinking and extensive coordination. Bayer Becker also modified an existing public alley in order to provide garage access for the units. In addition to the new construction, an existing building at the corner of Elm Street and Odeon Street will be re-purposed for residential and commercial use as part of this development.
