Project Highlight
As part of the Matinee Boulevard Realignment project at East Alexandria Pike and U.S. 27, which was proposed by the City of Cold Spring to improve an offset intersection, Bayer Becker prepared a traffic evaluation to determine the benefits of the proposed realignment, as well as to identify any negative impacts, and to determine the overall geometric configuration of the intersection.
Because of the existing skew of East Alexandria Pike at U.S. 27, an improvement to East Alexandria Pike was proposed by Bayer Becker and accepted by the City. Bayer Becker prepared construction drawings for the relocated Matinee Boulevard and roadway improvements to East Alexandria Pike and signalization plans for the new intersection.
