Project Highlight
The City of Highland Heights looked to Bayer Becker for their land development site planning expertise to deisgn their city offices located on approximately 10 acres at 176 Johns Hill Road and US 27. The new building includes administrative offices, council chambers, public meeting space and the City's police department in a two-story 14,000 s.f building. The site also includes parking areas, soccer and baseball fields, sand volleyball courts, a Veteran's Memorial and space for a future amphitheatre.
The site work included extensive grading, 60,000 cubic yards of earthwork, an extension of a public sanitary sewer main, water main and storm sewers. The plans were also prepared in short timeframes to accommodate Northern Kentucky University's schedule to relocate to the City's former location where they built a new soccer stadium and moved their Safety Patrol Department.
