Project Highlight
Located adjacent to the Little Miami River, Bayer Becker had to work with steep, heavily wooded hillsides and sensitive environmental areas while designing Rivercrest. Bayer Becker created an asset to the community with the entry road through the use of entry walls, a faux bridge with natural wood guardrail, and landscaping. Working alongside the client’s internal architect, our team also designed a custom gazebo for the residents.
Sitting atop a bluff just off the entrance, Bayer Becker designed a dramatic setting for the community center and pool. Our team also created detention and retention basins that were an asset to the community at key locations. Bayer Becker took advantage of key intersections to provide landscaping areas around those intersections.
Rivercrest, a master planned community, was showcased as the site of the 2017 HOMEARAMA. The development is a mix of custom homes and production homes by M I.
