Project Highlight

Bayer Becker provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services to improve the streetscape components along Elm Street and at the pedestrian entries to the historic building. Bayer Becker also designed new loading facilities at the back of the house and upgraded existing utility services that were not functioning properly.
