DAV is developing a new Class A headquarters with approximately 66,000 SF on 13.37 acres on Dolwick Drive in the Circleport V business park in Erlanger, KY. The $14 million new headquarters highlights DAV history while transitioning the nonprofit into the future.
The site planning includes for limited future expansion, auto parking for 200 employees and fleet of 150 vehicles, a service or maintenance garage, outdoor walking trails and other recreational area on the balance of the property. The building includes space for reception, visitor center and museum, private offices, open office areas with workstations, huddle and conference rooms, catering kitchen with dining, training space, and fitness center.
Annually, the organization provides more than 600,000 rides to veterans attending medical appointments and assists veterans with well over 200,000 benefit claims. DAV’s services are offered at no cost to all generations of veterans, their families and survivors.
"Our project required beauty, significance, branding, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. Fortunately, the Bayer Becker professionals we engaged for the project were an extraordinary team. They also gifted us peace of mind that can only come when trust has been earned. Through their dedicated professionalism and willingness to meet challenges head-on, Bayer Becker has earned my highest praise."
