Project Highlight
A graceful new community loaded with wooded valleys known as Willows Bend is the newest showpiece for Homearama’s 50th Anniversary development site in 2012. Bayer Becker’s integrated multi-discipline design services for this project included master land planning, traffic impact analysis, site development, storm water management, and sanitary and water infrastructure design.
The Miami Township development, situated on 82 acres in the Milford school district, features 96 estate-sized lots, community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.
The project team’s coordinated approach included a preliminary plat process through Clermont County, proactive design solutions including infrastructure upgrades and connections to existing utilities, and environmental preservation of two existing wetlands and existing blue line streams.
Bayer Becker was pleased to draw upon their 30 plus years of residential community design and celebrating Willows Bend as our fifth Homearama development for the Greater Cincinnati Home Builders.
