Project Highlight
After years of moving from rental facility to rental facility, Hamilton County Public Library’s Reading Branch wanted a place to call their own. They turned to the team of Champlin Architecture and Bayer Becker to create a unique and engaging space with room to grow. Bayer Becker’s site design services for the new 12,000 square foot library in Reading, Ohio includes site design for both the new building as well as parking and loading areas. Utilities for the new facility were also included in the design as well as a detention basin to help with drainage. Innovative features and services were merged with functionality on this project to form a new resource for the community.
