Rivers Pointe Estates community is located in Hebron and will include apartments, townhomes, landominiums, attached condos, cabin-style homes, single family homes and patio homes. Bayer Becker provided designs for a new residential community in Mason, Ohio which will include 212 luxury estate homes. The new residential development, Crooked Tree Preserve, was previously a golf course. Developers have advanced to the ground breaking stage of the project. Prior to joining Bayer Becker, Andy worked as a senior engineer for the Metropolitan Sewer District. When civil engineering firm Bayer Becker first opened an office in Over-the-Rhine almost two years ago, they had six employees moving in, with room for nine. "We have 10 in here now, and we're maxed out," said Bob Garlock , vice president of landscape architecture and planning.
