Bayer Becker and Towne Properties Plan New Downtown Condos

Bayer Becker helped work on renovating the former home of Bon Marche Department Store to create six condos. The construction process will start in three months. Bayer Becker Brings $15M Mixed-Use Development to Northside

Bayer Becker helped work on The Gantry which is a $15 million mixed-use development which includes 131 apartments and 8,000 square feet of retail space. This new development is located on Hamilton avenue and just celebrated its grand opening. This project was Northside's first large-scale new construction in its district in more than 60 years.
