Bayer Becker provided designs for the new Shakespeare Co. Theater. This theater will seat 244 people and no seat is farther than 20 feet away from the stage! The exterior of the building is modeled after the National Theater in London and the interior is modeled after Shakespeare's own Globe Theater. Today AtriCure Inc. opened their new headquarters in Mason. This medical device maker company said that more than 200 employees will be relocated to this new facility. The goal of this new facility was to increase the companies employees and continue their research to design innovative surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation.
